signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ahmed Qasem Al-Amoudi & Partners, a
company with extensive experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, and crude oil storage tank
construction.
The MoU was signed by the Chairman of New Modern World, Mr. Othman Enusa, and the
Chairman of Al-Amoudi & Partners, Engineer Mohammad Fakhri Al-Ajlouni, establishing a
collaborative framework to develop projects in infrastructure, renewable energy, oil, and gas
sectors in Ghana. This partnership aims to leverage the combined strengths and expertise of both
companies to support Ghana’s development goals through innovative and sustainable projects that
contribute to the country’s economic growth.
