Madinah Gov. Prince Salman bin Sultan received Saudi Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Abdulrahman Al-Fadhli in Madinah on Monday.
During the meeting, the governor was briefed on the development initiatives and projects implemented by the ministry, as well as strategies to enhance sustainability, Saudi Press Agency reported.
A memorandum of understanding was also signed between the Madinah Region Development Authority, the National Water Co. and the ministry, to develop the water tower site in Madinah and its surrounding facilities, among other aspects of cooperation.
