The International Camel Racing Federation is seeking to promote the sport globally through participating in the SportAccord World Sport & Business Summit that takes place in Brimingham from Apr. 7-11, 2024.
The Summit is scheduled to host a huge gathering of leaders, officials and Olympic athletes with the participation of more than 1500 leaders and key decision-makers in 120 international federations, in addition to the International Olympic Committee.
ICRF’s President Prince Fahd bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed said: “We are delighted to participate in this major international forum. We want to promote camel sport throughout the world because it represents a major part of our local culture and our nation’s identity, so we seek to spread it around the world.”
It also represents a unique platform that enables global business leaders and sports federations to communicate with international figures and exchange views over several days.
Bin Musaed stressed that ICRF aims through this participation to shed light on the sport of fathers and ancestors, which Arab countries have known since ancient times until it became part of their society.
During this prestigious event, official sports, networking meetings and conferences will be organized, in addition to an exhibition that allows sports federations to showcase their services and facilities.
