The draw for the King’s Cup semifinals has pitted Al-Hilal against Al-Ittihad while Al-Nassr will face Al-Khaleej.
The dates for the matches have yet to be confirmed.
The latest Saudi Classico between the giants from Riyadh and Jeddah — with Al-Ittihad drawn at home — will be their sixth clash this season, all of which have been won by Al-Hilal.
The first meeting between the two clubs was in the 2023 King Salman Club Cup last August and saw Al-Hilal win 3-1.
Al-Hilal also won both Saudi Pro League matches this season, an epic 4-3 win in Jeddah last September and recently a 3-1 home victory.
Al-Hilal also beat Al-Ittihad in the quarterfinals of the AFC Champions League recently, winning 2-0 at home and away for an aggregate score of 4-0.
Al-Nassr and Al-Khaleej will clash for the second time this season. Goals from Cristiano Ronaldo and Aymeric Laporte secured a home victory for Al-Nassr in their SPL meeting last November.
