Saudi Arabia and Jordan have signed an agreement to enhance economic, commercial and investment cooperation in the small and medium enterprise sector.
They will work together to increase the exchange of expertise, and organize business visits and training programs, as part of their efforts to improve trade relations and infrastructure for SMEs, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
The memorandum of cooperation was signed on Tuesday, on the sidelines of the Public Investment Fund’s Private Sector Forum in Riyadh, by Saudi Arabia’s Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority, also known as Monsha’at, and the Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of the governor of Monsha’at, Sami Alhussaini, and JEDCO CEO Abdel Fattah Al-Kayed.
