The second Jeddah Fit Expo, which concluded on Saturday, drew thousands of visitors for three days of live action, product displays, and expert health advice.
The expo highlighted various aspects of healthy living, such as fitness, nutrition, strength, conditioning, flexibility, and body composition.
It included experiential fitness and wellness zones, showcased leading health-related companies, and featured over 250 brands of sports products, equipment, athletic wear, and healthy foods.
During the expo, attendees connected with industry celebrities and fellow fitness enthusiasts, boosting motivation and learning new success strategies.
The event also offered visitors the chance to join group fitness classes led by local and international trainers. From cardio and weightlifting to yoga, zumba, and breathing classes, there was something for everyone at the Jeddah Superdome.
World-renowned Egyptian bodybuilder and two-time Mr. Olympia Ramy Elssbiay, also known as “Big Ramy,” made an appearance.
Abdulmalik Al-Hagbani, co-founder and chief commercial officer at Armah Sports Co., participated in the expo for the first time to promote the B_FIT brand.
He said: “As a leading brand in the Kingdom, we feel it is our responsibility to actively engage and encourage a healthier society. We have health and fitness experts available to provide friendly advice and tips for visitors.”
Munira Basunbal from BioLife Clinics in Jeddah said that the exhibition provided people with exposure to various healthcare fields, and allowed for interactive discussions with those who may have concerns about procedures.
Saif Yazen, a member of the Saudi Aikido Committee, said that the group used the event to raise awareness about aikido across all age groups.
Aikido teaches self-defense without aggression, and promotes fitness and mental calmness, he added.
