Saudi Arabia’s King Salman sent his condolences to China’s President Xi Jinping and the victims of an earthquake that struck Gansu Province on Monday.
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman also sent a similar cable to the Chinese leader.
A number of houses caved in and crumbled in the quake, which has killed at least 134 people and injured more than 900 others.
Most of the casualties were in Gansu and the rest in the neighboring province of Qinghai.
Nearly 15,000 homes collapsed in Gansu and more than 87,000 people had to be resettled, provincial officials said at a Wednesday news conference.
