An initiative to raise awareness among young people about Saudi heritage was on Monday launched in the Kingdom.
The King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives’ Antame program will use digital technology and interactive methods to highlight the history, culture, and geography of the country.
Antame, which in Arabic means I belong, will showcase Saudi, Arab, and Islamic history through apps, videos, and online platforms, and the program can be accessed at https://www.antame.org.
The website provides information about the scheme, and sections dedicated to stories, narratives, national beginnings, and markets, along with tales about the Kingdom from the likes of English poets William Shakespeare and Charles Doughty.
