A clip from the Chinese city of Zhanjiang revealed that a child was caught in the fire in his house alone, so he went out to the closed balcony with an iron fence, screaming for help. Immediately, the passers-by, who were described as heroes, rushed to save him. They put a ladder, brought iron scissors, and took the child out safely after vigorous efforts, according to the “Daily China” website.
