- Three onions.
- Four kilograms of beef steak.
- Two sweet potatoes.
- Four cloves of garlic.
- Two carrots.
- Zucchini.
- Two teaspoons of black pepper.
- A grain of turkey pepper.
- One tablespoon of vinegar.
- Half a teaspoon of ginger.
- Salt to taste.
- A pinch of cinnamon.
How to prepare :

We wash the steak pieces well with water, and by using the knife we make holes in the steak pieces, then put them aside to move on to preparing the marinade.
Finely chop (onion, garlic, and bell pepper) with the addition of spices, and season the steak pieces well in the mixture, then add a spoonful of vinegar.
Cover the steak pieces with the marinade and spices, then put them in the refrigerator until we prepare the vegetables.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, and both the zucchini and carrots into medium slices, then boil and drain when done. Put the marinade for the steak in a Tefal frying pan, then add the boiled vegetables to it, and stir over a low heat.
We lift the vegetables and set them aside, then put the steak pieces one by one to complete the cooking process.
