How to make ouzi with chicken

Making Ouzi with chicken is one of the well-known Palestinian main dishes, and in this article we will learn about the ideal way to prepare Ouzi.

Put in a bowl a spoonful of each of the following ingredients:
Black pepper, red pepper, yogurt, vegetable oil and red tomato sauce.
Finely chop three to four garlic cloves.
Sprinkle salt as desired, and a spoonful of mixed spices.
Squeeze half a lemon.
Add Maggi cubes and a quarter cup of water.
Mix them well.
Brush the chicken with this mixture. We put it in the oven for two or three hours.

 

Preparation method :

 

Vegetables We put corn, peas and carrots in a cooking pot.
We put them on the fire for a quarter of an hour.
Pour over it vegetable oil, salt to taste, a spoonful of mixed spices, a spoonful of curry, a spoonful of black pepper, and a quarter of a spoonful of ground cardamom.

How to prepare minced meat:

We wash the meat well. Take a frying pan and put olive oil in it.
Finely chop the onion. We keep it on the gas until it turns yellow.
We put the minced meat on it, adding salt as needed, a spoonful of spices, and a spoonful of black pepper, and keep it for a quarter of an hour until it becomes tender.
We prepare a frying pan and put olive oil, then put walnuts, walnuts, and pistachios on top of it, and keep them on the stove until their color becomes brown.

How to prepare rice:

We wash the rice well. We put it in a bowl and add hot water to it, and a spoonful of salt. We keep it in this state for at least half an hour.
We prepare a medium-sized saucepan and put in it a tablespoon of obesity and half a cup of vegetable oil.
We put rice on top and stir it a little.
We put salt on it to taste, safflower, spices, black pepper and hot water.
We keep it for a third of an hour.
We put the previously prepared vegetables.
We keep it on fire for ten minutes.
Remove the rice from the stove and put it in a beautiful bowl, put the rice with the vegetables, add the minced meat over it, and then put the almonds, walnuts and pistachios that we prepared previously for decoration.
It is preferable to serve this food with a salad beside it.
