Although the Turkish media did not report that the driver or passengers were injured, Turkish sources told Al-Arabiya.net that “at least two passengers were slightly injured after they collided with the bus’s seats when the driver suddenly stopped.”

And the publication of the video clip, which documented the exit of the bus from its way, brought the issue of traffic accidents in Turkey to the fore once again, as a number of Twitter users in Turkey called on the authorities to tighten the conditions for obtaining driving certificates to block the road in front of drivers who do not have Driving experience to work within internal transportation companies.

This accident is one of dozens of traffic accidents in Istanbul. It is also one of the hundreds of accidents that have occurred across Turkish roads since the beginning of last month.

The bus spun out of control and fell into the lake, injuring 4 passengers with minor injuries, according to local media.

At the beginning of last December, 33 people were injured in a fatal accident that occurred in Istanbul, after an internal transport bus collided with a metro, which led to its derailment, in addition to the collision of the passenger bus with a number of cars and a security barrier on a main street in the city center.
