Patrice Motsepe, President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), praised Morocco’s great efforts to develop continental football.
During his speech at a ceremony organized by the Kingdom of Morocco for the Confederation of African Football Awards, Motsebi expressed his thanks to King Mohammed VI, following the great development in Moroccan and African football alike, according to the “Heba Press” website.
The president of the federation expressed his deep thanks for the warm reception he received from the Moroccan people. He also thanked the Royal Moroccan Football Federation for the good organization of several “CAF” awards ceremony, in addition to the African Women’s Championship and other sporting events.
Motesby also emphasized the quality of the infrastructure of the Kingdom of Morocco, saying: “We are proud of what is in Morocco, thanks to (Minister) Faouzi Lekjaa, the Moroccan University and Morocco as a whole.”
