A Hawaiian wedding ceremony turned into a bad memory for the newlyweds, as a giant wave swept the long-awaited outdoor event on the Pacific Ocean, forcing everyone to flee in search of a safe haven.
Video footage showed the wave storming the party, which was held recently at a palace on an island in Hawaii, to hit the newlyweds and attendees and spoil the “lifetime night”, but fortunately no one was hurt.

Bride Riley Carson Murphy, who documented what happened on her account on “Instagram”, said the water “swept half of our guests”, but explained that she and her husband Dillon Murphy “enjoyed an unforgettable night with the people who love them.”
“Life is always unpredictable. I can’t wait to go through the ups and downs with my new husband,” she added in an interview with the local KHON 2 channel.
