Nutritionist Tatyana Zalova says that adding one herbal plant to food, you can increase the feeling of satiety and avoid overeating.

She explained that there is a way to get more pleasure from food in smaller quantities than the food eaten, noting that to do this, you only need to add mint to food or drink.
She added that the feeling of pleasure from food arises, in particular, due to the production of one of the hormones of happiness in the body – endorphins. Adding that mint contains a substance that promotes the secretion of this hormone.
