Capture “Spider-Man” on a daring protest adventure!

Maison Deschamps, a “Spider-Man”-style adventurer, was arrested for climbing a 50-story building in Oklahoma City on Tuesday.

The anti-abortion activist posted an adventurous video on Instagram, where he filmed a fire truck and a growing crowd of stragglers gathering at the foot of Devon Tower, the state’s tallest building.

He can be heard saying in the footage “they are gathering, there is no helicopter yet”, after inviting his supporters to visit his website and “donate to help save a child”.

The climber was seeking donations for Let Them Live, a charity that provides funding for women seeking abortions in an effort to persuade them to have their children instead.
Let Them Live announced a partnership with Deschamps the day before, hinting that he would be expanding a building to support their efforts without specifying the building.

The rock climber-turned-activist hopes to raise at least $1 million for women’s pro-life charities and writes on his website that he was motivated by a recently leaked draft Supreme Court opinion in favor of overturning the former Roe v. Wade, 1973 case that allowed abortion in All US states.

Deschamps was initially charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct, although the latter charge was eventually dropped. Capt. Valerie Littlejohn, of Oklahoma City Police, revealed during a press conference Tuesday that the force had closed off nearby streets as drivers stopped to watch the 22-year-old stuntman climb the 844-foot (257-meter) building, then put in place “safety measures” in case he fell. .

Littlejohn said authorities arrested the pro-life stuntman as soon as he reached the surface.

The highly anticipated superhero climbed the 61-storey Sales Force Tower in San Francisco last month, also without a seat belt. He was arrested for trespassing and resisting a police investigation after he climbed to the top of California’s second tallest building
