WWE President is under investigation due to an ethical crisis

Today, Thursday, reports revealed that WWE President Vince McMahon is under investigation by the company’s board of directors, for agreeing to pay a secret settlement of $ 3 million to a former employee, with whom he was allegedly related. .
McMahon made the secret agreement with the employee last January, according to which he prevents her from “discussing or belittling her relationship with him,” according to a report published by the American “Wall Street Journal”.
The newspaper said that the investigation into Vince McMahon began in the month of April, and revealed other, older agreements related to non-disclosure of information, which include allegations from former employees of the “WWE” company, “McMahon” misconduct.
An email was sent to the WWE board of directors on March 30, claiming that Vince McMahon, 76, hired the employee “with a salary of $100,000, but increased it to $200,000 after he began a secret relationship with her.”
The email also alleges that McMahon hired the former employee, 41, as a legal assistant.
In the first response to the allegations, a company spokesman said that “WWE” is cooperating with the investigation, and that Vince McMahon’s relationship with the former employee was consensual.
The WWE board of directors consists of executives, and even members of the Vince McMahon family, including his daughter Stephanie McMahon, and her husband, former wrestling star Paul Levesque, better known as Triple H.
Vince McMahon has been an integral part of WWE for decades, both behind the scenes and in the ring.
McMahon helped transform his company into a media powerhouse, which currently has deals with “Fox” and “NBC Universal” networks, and helped build the fame of many wrestling stars, such as John Cena, The Rock and Steve Austin.
