According to Mizintsev, such actions by the Kyiv regime once again demonstrate an inhumane attitude towards the fate of the citizens of Ukraine and indicate a complete disregard for all rules of morality and international humanitarian law.
“Once again we call on the countries of the so-called civilized West to stop “turning a blind eye” to the terrible facts of the crimes committed by the Kyiv authorities against their own people,” the general added.
