The US president did a “strange” behavior, which sparked widespread ridicule, on social media, especially by his opponents.
After a speech on Thursday, at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, Biden extended his hand to peace, without anyone near him, as if he was greeting a “ghost”, as some described, which raised the astonishment and ridicule of activists on social media.

After the speech, Biden turned and stood for two seconds and extended his hand in peace, without anyone on his side, before heading to get off the podium, in a “strange” scene.
The US President also appeared “confused” on the podium, as he turned his back to the audience in a strange way, as if he was not feeling well, according to the “New York Post” website.
The movement met with skepticism from the Republican media, about Biden’s mental and cognitive abilities, and one of the stations described him as a “dementia” patient.
One Republican supporter wrote on Twitter: “Nobody believes your words, not even the ghost you tried to shake hands with.”
The US President’s speech was about the supply chain crisis, as he tried to pressure Congress to increase funding for the production of electronic chips.
