US authorities mistakenly release shooter of Lady Gaga’s dog guard

The US authorities said that the man who was arrested last year on charges of shooting the guard of the dogs of American singer, Lady Gaga, has been released.
And the American network “NBC”, quoting unnamed sources, reported that the suspect, James Jackson, 19, was released by mistake, after appearing in court, last Wednesday.
The county police department said in a statement that James Jackson was facing a charge of attempted murder when he was released from the Los Angeles County Jail on Wednesday “due to a clerical error,” according to the Associated Press.
The statement said the police’s Major Crimes Bureau is working to find Jackson.
James Jackson, along with two others, Jalen White, 19, and Lafayette Wally, 27, have been charged with attempted murder, second-degree burglary, and conspiracy to commit robbery in connection with the shooting of Ryan Fisher, who was walking Lady Gaga’s dogs.
James Jackson, the alleged shooter in the incident, is also accused of assault with a semi-automatic firearm, and for carrying a concealed firearm in a car while being a criminal.
