A “strange being” on the beach… an incident that baffles many

An Australian man said he found the body of an “alien” while walking on a beach in the northeastern state of Queensland last week.

Alex Tan posted a video clip showing what he said was an alien creature on a Queensland beach, in which he said: “I’ve found something strange.”

“This is like those things we see when people talk about finding aliens,” he added.

His head resembles that of an opossum, he said, but it’s different from anything I’ve seen before.

Later, he told the agency “StoryFall”, which tracks the content of social networks, that this animal has hands like the hands of a human, a long lizard tail, and a nose similar to an opossum.

And the American network “CBS” news that the video launched hundreds of theories on the Internet to explain the identity of the body of the organism lying on the shores of Australia.

One of the theories put forward is that the animal is the mythical creature “chupacabra”, or an extinct marsupial animal similar to a kangaroo.

Stephen Johnson, associate professor at the University of Queensland, says the animal is most likely a swollen, watery opossum, having lost its fur.

He adds that the skull and limbs confirm this, suggesting that the animal was swept into the ocean by flood waters.
