The Russian Emergencies Ministry delivers 250 tons of aid to Ukraine and Donbass

The Russian Emergencies Ministry announced today, Wednesday, that it has delivered 250 tons of aid to the people of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics in the Donbass region and Ukraine.

A source in the ministry’s media office stated that the humanitarian convoy, consisting of 28 trucks, transported to the population shipments of foodstuffs, building materials and essential goods, in addition to generators.

The source stated that the role of the ministry’s employees is not limited to delivering aid to those in need, but also includes the process of collecting it “for the sake of the brotherly people.”
