The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the bodies of civilians bearing signs of torture and painted with neo-Nazi symbols and the Nazi swastika were found in the basements of liberated buildings in Mariupol.
“Civilian bodies were found bearing signs of brutal torture with neo-Nazi symbols and Nazi swastikas in the basements of the buildings of the city of Mariupol liberated from nationalists,” said Mikhail Mizintsev, commander of the National Defense Management Center at the Russian Defense Ministry.
