This came according to the Downdetector website, which monitors crashes and outages in the services of popular online platforms.
The site added that the outage began around 12:43 Moscow time (9:43 GMT).
He explained that the problems were reported by users in Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and other countries.
The site reported that 48% of Google users had problems with searches, 44% could not use the site, and 8% had difficulty logging in.
It was also noted, according to the site, a malfunction in the work of the “YouTube” site, where 57% of users encountered problems loading the site, and another 27% complained of problems with the application, and 17% of problems broadcasting the video.
