The permanent representatives of the European Union agreed to ban the Russian channel “RT” and “Sputnik” in the EU countries.
The French mission in the Council of the European Union announced that the permanent representatives of the European Union countries had agreed to ban the broadcasting of “Sputnik” and “RT”, in the European Union.
The mission added that the representatives also agreed to ban participation in projects co-financed by the Russian Direct Investment Fund.
