RT ban in Britain could lead to BBC ban in Russia

British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss said that banning RT from working in Britain could lead to the BBC’s work being banned in Russia.
“We are studying what we can do with RT, but in reality a ban on RT in the UK will likely lead to a ban on channels like the BBC in Russia,” Trace said in a speech to the British Parliament, today, Monday.
And she continued, “We want the people of Russia to have access to the truth of what Vladimir Putin is doing. Therefore, we must take thoughtful decisions, and the Minister of Culture is working on that at the moment.”
And the British “Ofcom” body, which monitors the work of the media in the Kingdom, had opened 15 new investigations with RT channel on suspicion of violating Ofcom’s rules for covering controversial political events.
The investigations are about reports and news releases about the recent events in Ukraine, against the background of the Russian military operation there.
