Prince Harry and Meghan Markle abandon their deal with Spotify worth millions of dollars

The American digital platform, Spotify, was forced to take serious action against British Prince Harry and his wife Megan Markle, after they failed to produce any content for her during the past year 2021, according to what is stipulated in their deal with her, amounting to $ 18 million.
Spotify said that it will hire a group of internal producers to finally create content on its platform, in order to ensure that it takes something out of Harry and Meghan, while they are trying to fulfill their contract, according to statements from a source close to the project to the British newspaper, The Sun.
The source added that “Spotify” will grant applicants for the position of in-house producers short contracts for a period of 4 months in Los Angeles, USA.
Spotify has been waiting for more than a year for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to produce items as part of their mega-money deal.
The only “podcast” effort that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have done on Spotify so far has been a single 35-minute holiday special, which was shown in December 2020, and featured celebrity friends, such as British singer, Elton John. and presenter, James Corden.
With only one show running so far, Spotify has so far paid the couple £500,000 for every minute of their broadcasts.
Prince Harry, his wife Megan Markle and their two children are settling in Los Angeles, after giving up in 2020 their royal status and leaving the British royal family.
