An American man named Jake Ross paid a Filipina mother to sexually abuse her children while he was watching her live, 8,800 miles away.
It is certain that the 47-year-old man will spend the rest of his life behind bars, as a result of committing this heinous crime and exploiting child pornography.
The US District Court’s chief judge, Martin Ranger, sentenced Jake Ross to 55 years in prison.
