A blogger has swept into the Russian city of Ryazan while walking with a skateboard attached to a car and crashing into traffic police.
While netizens sided with the local police. In their opinion, this entertainment is beautiful, but not safe.
A novice blogger decided to ride a skateboard and walk it along a snowy road in the center of the Russian city of Ryazan, for the joy of 6 thousand subscribers of his account, and attached the skateboard to a car.
With that the traffic cops cut the magic skateboard. They decided to fine the driver for violating traffic rules and transporting passengers.
The incident was captured on video and posted on Instagram. In the video, the young man is rolling along the city’s snow-covered streets and the clip is accompanied by joyful music, but at one point, the traffic police officers approached the young skier and the car driver with the words, “This is not funny.”
