And according to what she said in her interview with “Sputnik”, that tea and coffee without anything on an empty stomach irritate the mucous membrane of the digestive system.
“It is undesirable to use sweets, such as cakes, sweets and pastries,” she added. She explains, “These foods are rich in fast carbohydrates that are quickly absorbed and cause a rise in glucose. As a result, a feeling of hunger quickly develops and a headache may appear.
And she continued: Fatty meat, smoked and pickled foods – all this food is difficult to digest. Thus, after breakfast, as a rule, drowsiness begins, and performance decreases.
It is recommended to follow the rules of the food plate. This means that the diet should include, one-fourth of the amount proteins, the other quarter of long-absorption carbohydrates, and half of them vegetables.
