Today, Tuesday, the National Health Committee of China announced the registration of 76 new infections with the Corona virus, while a city in the south of the country imposed restrictions on the movement of its residents.
The committee stated in a statement that 51 of the new infections were transmitted locally, compared to 80 the day before.
China also recorded 15 new asymptomatic infections, down from 17 cases a day earlier. China does not classify these cases as confirmed cases.
In the context of Corona developments, Dongguan Township in south China’s Guangdong Province imposed restrictions on the movement of people, banned most incoming traffic, and prevented almost all residents from leaving after local travelers tested positive for the Corona virus.
