A German citizen with a small single-engine plane landed on the bridge and collided with a huge truck, following a message published by the press service of the Pirmasens city police.
The pilot was 72 years old, and during the accident, the man suddenly realized that the plane was in an emergency situation, and decided to urgently land on a section of the highway and reached an altitude of about 100 meters.

The emergency landing led to the accident, as the plane collided with a huge truck and the pilot was slightly injured, and the truck driver was not hurt.
According to the District Police Department’s Twitter post, traffic on the highway has been fully restored.
