David Beckham stands proud alongside son Romeo as pair spruce up for Gala for Unicef

David Beckham looked the picture of happiness as he stood alongside son Romeo at The Blue Moon Gala for Unicef UK.

The 46-year-old former footballer and his 19-year-old son both looked dapper as they posed for pics in their matching black suits and crisp white shirts.

While David went for a traditional black tie, Romeo sported a skinnier number as he towered over his dad.

They both wore perfectly polished shoes and watches to top complete their look at the annual end of year fundraising event in London.

The former England captain, who shares Romeo with wife Victoria Beckham, was also proudly showing of a blue Unicef badge on the lapel of his jacket.

The bash was being held to celebrate 75 years of Unicef, which is also known as the United Nations Children’s Fund.

David is a goodwill ambassador of the charity and often works closely with them. He also runs 7: The David Beckham Unicef Fund.

Money raised at Wednesday’s gala will go towards helping kids across the globe while also responding to worldwide emergencies.

Romeo’s outing with his dad comes after his model girlfriend Mia Regan showcased some of his mum Victoria’s new items from her winter clothing range.

The 19-year-old beauty looked amazing in a bright yellow jumper and mint green dress, with the look later posted to Instagram.

Family man David revealed last month that his 10-year-old daughter had left him with a bloodied nose after the pair were play fighting.

Taking to social media, David showed his fans the mess daughter Harper left him in after biting him as he tickled her.

Sharing a shirtless selfie, the former Manchester United player joked about the injury, writing: “Note to self, when tickling your daughter don’t put your nose near her mouth.”

As well as Romeo and Harper, David and wife Victoria have two other children together including Cruz Beckham – who is said to be interested in following in his mum’s musical footsteps.

The 16-year-old, whose Christmas song in 2016 wasn’t an instant hit, is thought to have been recording new music recently and teased a track on social media.

Brooklyn meanwhile is preparing to marry his fiancée, Nicola Peltz, next year.

The 22-year-old and his 26-year-old partner, who is best known for her role as Bradley Martin in the Psycho prequel series Bates Motel, got engaged last year.
