Former Russian wrestler Habib Nurmagomedov, who is friends with Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, spoke about the reasons for his return to Manchester United.
Nurmagomedov responded to a question about his prior knowledge of Ronaldo’s transfer, as he was in contact with Ronaldo, “I do not want to disclose personal messages… But he (Ronaldo) said that he was bored in Italy and that he wanted to go to England.”
In answering to comparing Ronaldo to Argentine star Leo Messi, Nurmagomedov said, “Cristiano is much better, I think. Messi also plays very well, and he is one of the best players in history. But if we assume that they are equal in skills, Cristiano’s charisma is stronger.”
Nurmagomedov is a big fan of football, has attended high-level matches in the Champions League and was seen at the Parc des Princes stadium in Paris Saint-Germain.
