Halle Berry is starring in a new movie called “Moonfall,” a science fiction movie that presents a disastrous apocalypse scenario.
According to IGN, the film is directed by Roland Emerick, who is also one of the film’s co-writers alongside Harald Clauser and Spencer Cohen, in addition to being the producer alongside Clauser.
The film deals with the story of a mysterious force that causes the moon to fall out of its natural orbit around the earth and pushes it on a collision course with the earth.
Halle Berry plays NASA executive director and former astronaut Joe Fowler, who is convinced weeks before the collision and world destruction that she has a solution to save life on Earth.
The trailer for the film was released on these horrific lunar events unfolding with audio excerpts from President John F. Kennedy’s historic 1962 speech at Rice Stadium, and the film is expected to be released in theaters next February 4 in the United States of America.
