Newspaper: The Queen of Britain orders 80 shirts from Manchester United with the name Ronaldo on it

The newspaper “Express” reported that Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II ordered 80 shirts from Manchester United, with the name of Portuguese player Cristiano Ronald on it.

The newspaper said that the Queen of Britain had a personal request, which is that the first shirt be signed by the player personally.
The newspaper quoted the Sports Innovation Association that the Queen requested the 80 shirts for staff working in the palace.

And the newspaper considered that it is clear that Queen Elizabeth II is happy with Ronaldo’s decision to return to Old Trafford.

And Manchester United confirmed, yesterday, Tuesday, that it had completed the procedures for contracting Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, coming from Juventus, for a period of two years.

The club expected Ronaldo to play his first match on September 11 against Newcastle in the English Premier League, after the international break.

And United announced last Friday that it had reached an agreement with Juventus to bring back 36-year-old Ronaldo. The deal was completed on Tuesday, after the Portuguese star passed a medical examination, visa procedures and personal belongings.

It is noteworthy that Ronaldo played for Manchester United from 2004 to 2009, and scored 118 goals in 292 matches.
