A lion sanctuary in South Africa has come up with an innovative way to host its visitors, by putting them inside a cage.
This method makes it easier for visitors to the reserve to get closer to the lions and tigers, according to the British newspaper, “Daily Mail”.
The Lion Reserve “GJ Lion” in Harrismith in South Africa allows its visitors to stand inside the cage in order to see the amazing African lions closely in a safe and humane way, and to take souvenir photos with them closely.
Photographer and director of the non-profit company, Susan Scott, shared these stunning photos of lucky animal lovers meeting lions.
“We’ve been doing this for nearly two years now, and the safety of our guests and the big cats is the top priority,” Scott said.

The cage with the lions was donated by a professional German photographer who visits the reserve periodically, and an engineer regularly checks it to make sure it can carry weight safely in case a lion jumps over it.
The price of entry tickets to the Cube Photography with the Lions provides a small income for the reserve, which directly helps it to feed and protect it.
