A Frontier Airlines passenger has been strapped to his seat after he allegedly harassed and assaulted flight attendants on a flight to Miami from Philadelphia in the US last week.
Maxwell Wilkinson, 22, was arrested at Miami International Airport upon the arrival of the plane, according to the American “cbsnews” channel.
Authorities charged Wilkinson with three counts, according to a Miami-Dade police report. Police said he had two alcoholic drinks during the flight and had ordered a third.
Police said he later spilled a drink on his shirt, went to the bathroom and came out shirtless. A flight attendant helped him get another shirt out of his bag.

After wandering around the plane for 15 minutes, he began “handling another flight attendant” and allegedly physically molested her, according to the police report. Then he put his arms around each of the flight attendants.
Police said a flight attendant was called to monitor Wilkinson, who then punched her in the face. According to the report, the flight attendant and adjacent passengers tied Wilkinson with duct tape to the plane seats as punishment.
