Kanye West is apparently going to be hosting another listening event for his new album DONDA in Atlanta.
The first playing of the album occurred last week, in the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, with more than 40,000 people in attendance.
According to TMZ, a follow up is scheduled for 5 August, the night before the album’s official release.
West is currently living in and recording at the stadium ahead of DONDA being made available to the public.
The website also reported that Live Nation and CAA want the rapper to make this event much different than the first to make it easier to sell tickets.
TMZ also allege that the stadium has hired employees specifically for the event.
A livestream of the listening party was broadcast by Apple Music and reportedly had more than three million viewers.
The version of DONDA played at the event featured a collaboration with Jay-Z, the first time the two artists have worked together in nearly a decade.
DONDA would be West’s tenth album and his first since 2019’s gospel inspired, Jesus is King. Guests seen recording for the album include long-time collaborator 2 Chainz and rapper, Playboi Carti.
