A runner trying to run from Florida to Bermuda in a strange floating instrument drifted ashore Saturday along the coast of the Sunshine State, a report said.
And “Fox 35” revealed that Risa Palucci – and his so-called bubble – which allows him to sail on the surface of the water, drifted ashore in Flagler County.
FOX 35 EXCLUSIVE: Mystery solved! The strange vessel that washed ashore on a Florida beach with a man inside turned out to be Reza Baluchi's 'bubble.' His goal is to run it on water from Florida to Bermuda or further north up the coast for charity. https://t.co/Kfpd2CG5GM

Palucci was trying to run a daring cruise to raise money for charity and encourage people to follow their dreams.
Palucci said his goal is to raise money for the homeless, the Coast Guard, police and fire departments. The runner has tried similar water rides in the past.
In 2014, he was rescued by the Coast Guard while trying to reach Bermuda in a homemade “Hydro Pod”. He was tired at the time.
“I will never give up on my dream,” he told Fox 35. “They stopped me four or five times but I never gave up.”
