The most famous Chinese leaker of news about the American company “Apple” claimed that he had received a warning from it, as he continued to leak news about its next steps in the technology market.
The leaker, known as “Kang”, posted on the Chinese “Weibo” website the text of the “Apple” warning to him, according to the “MacRoomers” website.
Kang is currently considered one of the strongest leakers of Apple news, as he previously published all four models of the iPhone 12, as well as their prices, colors and planned release dates, before the “American technology giant” officially announced them.
The warning text sent by Apple to Chinese whistleblower Kang, issued by a law firm, said his actions could lead to information he disclosed being shared with competitors, or misleading consumers about which devices would not be released.
For his part, Kang claims that he never signed a non-disclosure agreement, published undisclosed photos, and did not profit from the information he leaked.
He also confirmed in a post on the Chinese “Weibo” website that he would not publish “puzzles” or “dreams” about the upcoming “Apple” devices.
