One of the “Apple Health Service” initiatives was supposed to be the introduction of an application called “Health Habit”, which connects employees with doctors by chatting with them, and encourages them to set health goals, but the application reportedly encountered difficulties with low registration and questions about data validity. At a 2019 meeting, an Apple director informed the project manager, Semple Desai, about his concerns about the validity and inaccuracy of the data, which contributed to her leaving her position several weeks later.
