The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip confirmed that the Israeli military forces deliberately targeted hospitals and health centers in the Gaza Strip.
And it indicated in a statement, that “the continued intention of the Israeli occupation to target the perimeter of health facilities in a concentrated manner, which resulted in severe damage to the Hala Al Shawa Health Center in the northern Gaza Strip.”
She added, “The targeting led to the center being completely out of service and depriving thousands of patients and citizens of its health services, including maternal and child health services and children’s vaccinations.”
He continued: “The occupation’s targeting of health institutions and facilities is a complex crime and is a challenge to international conventions, and the international community must assume its responsibilities in curbing the occupation from targeting health institutions and providing them with protection.”
