Russian female soldiers congratulate an old warrior in a special way

A crew of Russian female soldiers paraded in the front rows of a former Russian soldier who participated in the defense of the Arctic region during the Great Patriotic War.

A parade group from the Central Military District in Yekaterinburg, in a procession of Russian female soldiers, marched to congratulate a participant in the defense of the Arctic, 93-year-old Alexander Zverev, according to the Russian “Zvezda” channel.

At the age of 14, Zverev attended Young School. After graduation, he served on a torpedo boat in the Northern Fleet, protecting ships from German submarines that were transporting aid from the Allied countries to Murmansk during the Great Patriotic War.

And on these days, the veterans of the Great Patriotic War are congratulated all over Russia in celebration of Victory Day.
