According to the latest data, the average life expectancy of people in Japan is 84 years. The oldest person in the country, called Kani Tanaka, was born in 1903 and is now 118 years old, according to what was published by the Russian site “mir24”.
Experts emphasized that the Japanese are not interested in exercising, but rather that their diet helps them achieve such results by living long.

One of the main factors in this is food diversity. Japanese cuisine includes meat, fish, vegetables and rice dishes, providing them with all the necessary nutrients.

While the second factor is the habit of chewing food for a long period of time, and in this way the Japanese avoid overeating, thus avoiding obesity and the accumulation of excess fat.

Doctors have confirmed that being overweight is one of the most common major causes of health problems, and as a result, early death occurs, and therefore the Japanese are less likely to suffer from obesity and various other diseases that cause premature death.
