Responding to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s words about “The Jungle Book” characters, Russian Senator Alexei Pushkov, Chairman of the Media Policy Committee in the Supreme Chamber of the Russian Parliament, indicated that what the country’s president said is related to the United States of America and other countries traveling with it.
Speaking about the content of his new annual message to the Russian Parliament, Putin said, referring to countries that are taking hostile measures against Russia:
They attack Russia for no reason. Around them chanting the same howl in order to flirt with their master and sermon as if they were like “Tabaki” who revolves around “Sherkhan”, flirting with him.
Then Jane Psaki, a White House spokeswoman, said in an interview with reporters that she did not see President Putin’s words as belonging to American personalities.
And why they are not influenced by Putin’s words, she said: “Our skin is thick.”
Senator Bushkov said on the Telegram channel, in response to the White House spokeswoman’s statements:
The thick skin will not help the United States advance the approach Putin announced.
