Prince Harry returns to America without attending his grandmother’s birthday

British media reported that Prince Harry returned to California, on Tuesday, after attending the funeral of his grandfather Prince Philip.

According to the British newspaper “Daily Mail”, Prince Harry, (36 years), arrived in Los Angeles on Tuesday on a plane belonging to American Airlines and then went to his home in Montecito, California.

The newspaper reported that his return to his pregnant wife Meghan Markle means that he will not be able to attend his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II’s birthday, which falls on April 21.

Harry’s car is seen outside his mansion in Montecito, where he lives with his wife and child, Archie Harrison. He is currently expected to undergo isolation, recommended by the CDC for international travelers, for a period of 10 days.

Prince Harry attended Prince Philip’s funeral as one of his grandchildren and sixth in line to the throne. British reports said, previously, that “a plane carrying Prince Harry landed at Heathrow Airport from Los Angeles, and he is scheduled to arrive at his home to undergo quarantine for a suitable time, before participating in the funeral, which will be held on 17 April.”

Buckingham Palace also said that Harry’s wife Meghan Markle will not attend the funeral on the advice of her doctor not to travel because she is pregnant, according to “Reuters”.

Prince Philip, Prince Harry’s grandfather, died on Friday, April 9, at the age of 99.
