Russian doctor Sergey Ivanov, head of the department of cardiology at the Veterans Hospital, has revealed a common disease that can lead to death at a very young age.
According to the doctor, high blood pressure negatively affects the vital organs of the human being, and he explained, “We are talking here in particular about diseases of the brain, heart and kidney diseases,” according to the “Moscow Speaks” radio.
The doctor said that high blood pressure sets the stage for other problems, for example, it may lead to a significant decrease in mental abilities.
Ivanov noted that high blood pressure is the main cause of the development of chronic heart failure.
He explained that because of the high pressure, morphological changes occur in the heart, and as a result, the pumping function of this vital organ begins to be affected.
The cardiologist has warned that if you do not monitor your health, the first signs of the disease will appear at a young age.
