The expert added that extra-virgin olive oil is of high temperature. You can cook it. It is more suitable for frying than sunflower oil because the temperature of the sunflower oil is lower.
Olive oil is completely stable and heat-resistant. Upon heating, no carcinogens are released. If we talk about the dangers of olive oil, then it is worth paying attention to the quantity, because it is high in calories, for example, for people who follow a diet, and if there are problems with weight gain. It should be consumed in moderation. The expert also warned high blood pressure patients to be careful because olive oil can lower blood pressure.
And Pesareva drew attention to the fact that butter has great benefit for the body. It helps eliminate inflammation, improves heart function, strengthens blood vessels, is a source of vitamin A, and provides energy for the body.
It contains vitamin D and vitamins B and E. But butter, which is high in fat, is considered healthier. Better to buy 82.5%. The lower the fat content, the more vegetable fats are added to it. Pisareva noted that margarine is more harmful than butter.
