Google is secretly preparing to launch its first processor with the latest Pixel phones

New reports revealed that the American company “Google” is preparing to launch its first processor for smartphones, which has been rumored to have started working on it since last year.

According to documents obtained by “9to5Google”, the “Google” processor is protecting the name “White Chapel”, and it will be implanted in the latest version of its “Pixel” phones next fall.
Earlier reports had stated that the “White Chapel” processor was intended for phones and “Chromebook” computers, and that “Google” had developed it in cooperation with the South Korean company “Samsung”.

The documents in the possession of “9to5Google” stated that the first “Google” processor had many coded names, including “GS101”, which it is likely that the letters GS could refer to “Google Silicon”.

The site speculated that the “Google” processor will be present in the upcoming “Pixel” phones that will be released in October, and it is expected that “Pixel 6” will be one of them.

Google refused to comment on the report by “9to5Google” when the site “Engadget” communicated with it to confirm these allegations.

It is not surprising that Google begins manufacturing its own processor, after other leading competitors have implemented this step, such as “Xiaomi”, “Samsung”, “Apple” and “Huawei”.
